Core Belters
For the fully automated high quantity production of cores KLANN Anlagentechnik offers core belters with a shooting volume up to 15 litres. Due to the fully automated placement of the cores on a conveyor belt, the core production is completely independent of operator supervision. As the produced cores can be transferred onto a collection conveyor and transported to a central control and storage area for several machines. As the cores are buffered on the belt, one unskilled operator can handle several machines by only picking up cores.
These core belters offer maximum core output and require only little space.
Beside pure Hot-Box, Cold-Box, Croning, Betaset or CO2-machines, combined machines, which can be changed from one to the other process by replacing tools, are also available. Croning sand can also be shot in these machines.
The KLANN belt machines are available with the following extra equipment:
- Core box changing device
- Mandrel pulling device
- Loose parts pulling device
- Automatic adjustment device for core box clamping tools
- Automatic burr removal device
- Lower support frame with cleaning drawers
- Automatic core handling with robots
